Do Pushups Like The Zohan!

OK, so maybe you will need to use your hands, at least at first. Steve Speirs put together a great training program for building upper body strength for those of us who have trouble bench-pressing an inflatable date. At the end of his six-week program, you should be able to do one hundred (that’s 100) push-ups! Check it out here. Count ’em off boys!

Oh, and no cheating. “three, four… ‘honey I’m home!’ nine hundred ninety eight, nine hundred ninety nine…” You know who you are.
